We key your services directly into our secure database. Using a customized service “ticket” that PRN will develop for you, the process starts with your office simply sending your daily services as marked on your charge tickets for each patient seen to PRN for posting. Within 48 hours of receipt, your services are ready to bill out. Any new patients seen are also included in your daily packet you or your staff sends to PRN.

PRN batches your claims whether via paper claims or electronically at least once each week. Our billings are directed to any party you specify for us to bill to. Given the wide variety of case types involved, billings could be directed to Medicare, one of the large HMO groups, workers compensation, auto insurance or even attorney's representing your patients.

Billing out your charges is only half the job - collecting your services is the real bottom line. Each carrier has different processes and timelines for payment. PRN's sophisticated query system identifies accounts that have not paid on time and our professional collection staff, using calls, faxes and letters, takes the necessary steps to get your claims paid in a timely manner. Whether it's resubmitting a claim that a carrier has misplaced or prompting an attorney to act swiftly on a denied injury claim, PRN knows what to do to protect your bill and will follow each billed service until it's resolved.

When you receive payment for your services, you receive your money, not PRN. Our process is an honor system whereby you simply make a photocopy of the checks you receive at your office and send them to PRN along with your daily services rendered.
Often times posting your payments results in part of the bill becoming the responsibility of your patient. PRN, in accordance with your previous instructions regarding that patient's financial arrangement with you, will then balance bill the patient for their portion due. (And of course, we stick with it until that balance is resolved)

Each month PRN reports in a comprehensive manner all activity that has transpired for the month ended. Your month end reports include transactional detail for each posting made, statistical data by office provider and by patient case type and of course patient listings for patient scheduling and recall by your staff. We can even provide some nice marketing touches such as monthly lists and mailing labels for patient birthdays, patient recall and newsletter purposes. With many of our local clients, we arrange regular meetings with you and your staff so our processes compliment yours and you remain fully informed and in control.
